When you just created the company account, you’ll notice Boards Samples. Also, you will be opened the pop up with boards templates. You may skip this step and start with Samples.

Samples are used as the first steps for testing Hygger. After a while, when you decide how to manage your work in the software, you can completely change or even delete it.

We provide you with Samples of the three board types: Kanban, Timeline, and List.

Kanban visualizes work managing as it moves through processes. The key goal of Kanban is to identify potential bottlenecks in processes and fix them so work can flow through it cost-effectively at optimal speed or throughput.

You create cards and move it across the columns of the boards. It is a perfect way to see the whole process and increase the team’s efficiency. This board sample is made in a way you can learn more about Kanban and about the tips in Hygger, as you may notice on the screenshot.

Timeline is a visual schedule for a project. It allows you to see the start and due dates of the tasks on a calendar and manage project plans. Colors on the taskbar help you to visually separate tasks from each other, and you’ll see the task status and task labels on it. Also, the taskbar will be colored equally to the percent of task completeness you set up.

Moreover, Timeline has the Project option which adds your project as a task to the board. It helps you create projects portfolio and see if you meet the long-term goals in time.

List board simplifies the way to manage your activity and give you an overview of all To-do tasks that are connected to a certain group.

This board is also called a To-Do list.

Now you know a little more about each of board. You can open samples and play around. These boards are the first step to learn more about Hygger. If you want to know about other users’ cases, for example, how to manage Product Backlog or Roadmap, how to track the team’s activity or how to organize the Exhibition - you can create Board by Template.

"There are plenty of board templates which user can use for a very fast start. It helps users to have the most suitable board based on their business and use of the software".
