For example, there is a Support Test Board in Jira under the Support Project (SUP). There are three columns on the Support Test Board: To Do, In Progress, Done. Each column includes a set of tasks with certain parameters. There is a High Priority swimlane used to categorize the tasks on the board according to their priority level. In Progress column has a WIP limit max=4, where the maximum limit is exceeded.

  • If there is already a project with a certain short name in Hygger, an underscore (_) is added SUP and SUP_.
  • If there is already a member with the same email in Hygger, the imported member will be associated with the existing one.
  • If there is already a member with the same username in Hygger, number 1 will be added to the name of the migrated member Administrator and Administrator1.
